How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of all personal data associated with your account at any time. Follow the steps below:

  1. Email us directly: Send an email to thebolgroup.llc@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the Google email address linked to your account.
  2. We will confirm within 5 business days and delete all data (player profiles, game stats, session records) associated with your account within 30 days.
  3. Revoke app permissions in Google by going to myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing Video Game Stats Tracker.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your Google email address from our records.
  • All player profiles you created.
  • All gaming session statistics you submitted.
  • All associated chart images stored in Google Cloud Storage.
  • All AI (Bolt) usage records associated with your account.
  • Any connected integrations (e.g. Riot Games, future platforms).

What Is Not Deleted

  • Anonymized aggregate data — if your stats contributed to community averages or leaderboard summaries, those aggregates cannot be reverse-traced to you and are not individually deleted.
  • Legal / compliance records — any records we are required by law to retain.

Timeline

  • We will confirm your request within 5 business days.
  • All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
  • You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Facebook / Meta

If you connected this app via a Facebook/Meta integration, you can also use Meta's built-in data deletion flow. Visit Facebook App Settings and remove the app, then email us at the address above to confirm server-side deletion.

Want a copy of your data first?

Before deleting, you can request a full export of your stats in CSV or JSON format. Email us at the address below with the subject line “Data Export Request” and include your account email. A self-service export tool is coming in a future update.
